Common Sense Solutions for Illinois
Americans deserve better than we're getting from Washington. When those in the US Congress work to build bridges to nowhere, wage wars without end, and stuff their freezers with cash, voters are looking for a fresh approach to government. They know that with a lot more common sense and a lot less nonsense we can make our country a happier and healthier place to live.

The Economy
Stop throwing our money away on big government programs that do not work and are bankrupting our nation.
Start allowing Americans to keep more of the money they earn and chose more of the services they will pay for. When government is forced to compete for our money, we all win.
National Security
Stop sending America's sons, daughters, and dollars overseas to "protect" and "build" other nations.
Start bringing the troops home to protect America and Americans. Deploying our military should be the last resort.
A strong national defense starts at home.
Energy Production
Stop legislating light bulbs and showering subsidies on the industries with the highest-paid lobbyists.
Start green lighting every possible solution: drilling for oil here at home as well as pursuing hydrogen, wind, solar, and nuclear options. Let the best technologies win.
